Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNPack. Please read this page and the related policies before using the service. If you have questions about the service or its rules, contact support through a ticket in the user panel before deciding whether to use it.

Service and Scope

VPNPack provides access to international routes and related client entry points by subscription, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage includes 100+ countries / 230+ routes. Available routes and configurations are shown in the user panel.

This service provides network connectivity. It does not include accounts or usage rights for third-party websites, apps, or content platforms. Regional rules, content licenses, and account eligibility for those services are determined by their providers. Establishing a network connection does not guarantee access to any particular feature.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription address secure. Do not publish them, transfer them, or share them with others. If you discover a credential leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the situation through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use on devices owned or authorized by the account holder. This does not permit reselling or renting accounts, sharing subscriptions, or providing commercial access to others. You are responsible for activity on devices you authorize.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the capacity and billing method before choosing. See plan pricing for prices; orders and usage are available in the user panel.

Compliance Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your use of the service, use cross-border access and network acceleration features lawfully, and follow the applicable rules of platforms you access. You may not use this service for fraud, invasion of privacy, intellectual property infringement, or distribution of unlawful content.

You may not carry out network attacks or malicious scans, send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with other users' connections. Do not probe or damage the service's authentication, billing, or access infrastructure without authorization. Automated tasks must also comply with these requirements; using a tool does not exempt you from responsibility.

Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Network performance depends on your local network, device configuration, upstream links, and the status of the destination service. VPNPack does not guarantee connectivity at all times, in every region, or with every app, nor does route coverage guarantee a particular access outcome. Maintenance, network failures, and changes to third-party policies may cause interruptions or route changes.

If you experience connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status, then consult the troubleshooting guide. For issues that this service can address, submit a ticket. This service cannot restore third-party accounts or content permissions, or resolve issues with third-party services themselves.

You should back up important data and assess how well your activities can tolerate network interruptions. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or limit rights you are entitled to under applicable law. Specific liability is determined under applicable law and based on the circumstances.

Account Suspension and Termination

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with infrastructure, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNPack may take measures such as restricting connections, suspending the account, or terminating the service, based on the risk involved. Measures will be limited to what is necessary; normal use across multiple devices is not considered a violation.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation through a user panel ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription address in a ticket. Account actions do not affect obligations required by law or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Changes to the Terms and Related Policies

When service rules change, VPNPack will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Changes that affect important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights you have already acquired by law. If you have questions, ask about the changes through a ticket.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and related details.

VPNPack does not keep logs. See the privacy policy for details about personal data processing and related rights. Read this page together with the related policies; mandatory provisions of applicable law take precedence.
