The same time online can result in very different data use, so this page doesn't translate allowances into fixed viewing hours, usage counts or device limits.
If you don't have usage history yet, start by identifying your main activities and how often you expect to connect, then choose a budget you're comfortable with. If your needs change, follow the panel instructions to upgrade a monthly plan. Don't estimate upgrade prices, remaining days or continued service based on a data pack's full allowance.

Go to the plans section of the user panel. Confirm whether you've selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the allowance, price and billing details. If you're changing an existing plan, pay close attention to the remaining time after the upgrade. The prices on this page may not be the final amount for every plan change.
Choose a payment method on the checkout page for your order. When paying with USDT, carefully check the network, amount and recipient details shown on the page; don't reuse details from an old order. Don't assume payment details that aren't shown based on experience with other sites.
After paying, return to the order page and check that the order status and plan on your account have updated. If the status is unclear, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket. Don't create another order or pay again. Once the plan is active, get your subscription from the panel and import it into your client.
The refund policy is one rule to check before choosing a plan; it doesn't replace confirming which plan you're selecting. Before paying, read the refund policy and terms of service to understand eligibility. Monthly plan data resets, data pack validity and refunds are separate matters and don't replace one another.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket with the relevant order, plan and reason for the request. You can include the current order status and a payment receipt with unrelated information redacted. Don't share your full subscription details publicly or send your account password.

Data resets monthly on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. The reset date is not the first day of the calendar month. Before upgrading, check the change and remaining time in the user panel, then confirm.
Data packs last until used and never expire; they do not reset monthly. They suit usage that varies over time. Check the allowance and price before buying. A data pack is not a monthly plan with the same allowance replenished each month.
