Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request and receive a refund for VPNPack subscription services. Submit requests through a user panel ticket, where the order, payment record, and outcome are verified together. When reviewing a plan, see plan prices and the Terms of Service for billing rules.

Request Window and Refund Scope

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain whether the service suits your needs or whether you plan to keep using it. The payment time is based on the successful payment record for the order. Submit a ticket within the window and keep a record of your submission.

The refund window does not start when you install a client, import a subscription, or make your first connection. If you submit a request within the window, the original submission time will be used to verify it, even if order verification or payment processing extends beyond the window. Waiting for processing does not change the request date.

A full refund covers the amount actually paid for an eligible order, not the plan's listed price. Renewals, upgrades, and later additional orders do not restart the first-payment refund window. If your request involves multiple orders, list each amount to be checked.

Eligible Cases and Verification Limits

You do not need to prove a service fault before requesting a refund after normal connection, subscription import, route selection, or compatibility checks. This policy sets no numerical limit on data already used, and normal usage does not by itself remove eligibility for a no-questions-asked refund.

If an order shows unusual data use, account violations, or a payment dispute, the order ownership, relevant facts, and applicable terms must first be checked. A request submitted within the window should not be rejected solely on a vague label such as “data used” or “account issue.” If there is a dispute, explain the basis in the ticket and identify any supporting information needed.

Refunds already issued cannot be requested again. The above commitment does not directly apply to orders that are not from this service, payments whose ownership cannot be verified, or requests made after the window has closed. Payment issues such as a charge that does not match the order status may still be submitted for review and should not be confused with a service-experience refund.

How to Apply and Required Information

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open Tickets, request a refund, and identify the relevant order. You do not need to keep troubleshooting connection issues to submit a request.
  2. Provide the order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If the order status is unusual, you may add the portion of the payment record needed to locate the transaction, while covering information unrelated to verification.
  3. Check the verification result in the original ticket and provide any additional information there. Describe requests involving different orders separately to avoid scattering information across duplicate submissions.

Do not submit your account password, subscription URL, payment key, or complete wallet credentials. If you cannot sign in, check the available account options through the panel login page. This page does not provide a separate email address or other contact channel.

Refunds to the Original Method and Payment Differences

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refunds are preferably returned through the original transaction channel and matched to the original order. Do not use another person's receiving account as the default refund destination, and do not share payment details in a ticket unless they are needed to verify the transaction.

For Alipay and WeChat payments, processing depends on whether the original transaction supports a refund and on the channel's response. If a refund to the original method is blocked, explain the reason in the ticket and verify the next steps. Do not describe an operation that is still pending as a completed payment.

USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat payments; the original transaction should not be assumed to be directly reversible. Before any return, confirm the network, receiving address, and return details in the ticket. Do not make another transfer before these details are verified. This page does not specify exchange rates, network fees, or deductions; the handling details must be explained before processing.

Refund Status and Results

Arrival times depend on the payment channel, transaction status, and any necessary verification. This page does not promise a fixed arrival time. “Request received,” “refund submitted,” and “funds received” are different statuses; confirm each against the ticket record and the payment channel's actual result.

After receiving the outcome, check the original payment account or the confirmed receipt record. If you still cannot find the funds, add details of your inquiry to the original ticket and ask for the refund status and available transaction information to be checked. Do not make duplicate payments or submit sensitive credentials to speed up processing.

Once a refund is completed, the service benefits for the corresponding order will be adjusted according to the result. Keep the relevant order and refund records, and see the Privacy Policy for how related information is handled.
