Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNPack marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains how account and service data are handled.

Account Details and Collection Purposes

Registration requirements: no email address is needed; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required to create an account. The account system processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, and subscription status for authentication, access control, and account management.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, and refund records. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and resolve billing disputes. Text and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to handle requests. Please provide only information needed for troubleshooting, and do not send passwords, full subscription URLs, or sensitive payment credentials.

Limits of Our No-Logging Policy

VPNPack does not log the websites users visit through subscription routes, browsing content, or DNS query history, and does not create records that can be used to trace individual browsing activity. Connection logs are not retained persistently, and we do not keep account-level histories linking connection times to destination addresses.

Aggregate usage required for traffic accounting, plan validity, and balances are service delivery data, not browsing or connection logs. This data is processed to calculate available traffic, apply traffic resets, and display account status; it is not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Diagnostic screenshots or information voluntarily submitted by users are handled separately as support ticket data.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser categories, and interactions such as viewing plans or using the panel entry point. This information helps improve content and workflows. Marketing website analytics and subscription route traffic are separate data categories; records of page interactions do not show which websites users accessed through a route. Analytics events should not contain passwords or subscription credentials.

Cookies or browser local storage may be used to keep users signed in, remember language preferences, and save necessary interface choices. The user panel stores an identity token locally so it can verify identity with account services. You can clear relevant storage by signing out or changing your browser settings. You may need to sign in again afterward, and some preferences may reset. Clearing local storage does not delete your server-side account.

Payment Processing and Required Disclosures

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, whose data processing rules apply to that step. VPNPack receives the transaction results needed to verify orders and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.

This service processes or discloses information only as needed to provide subscriptions, process payments, or meet applicable legal requirements. This policy does not govern third-party payment pages or external services. USDT transactions may create public on-chain records, and deleting an account cannot remove information already made public on the transaction network.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide account features. Order and refund records are retained as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only for the period needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period without a verified basis.

To access, correct, or delete account details, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying what it covers. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and future account access. Records that must be retained by law or are still needed to resolve a dispute cannot be deleted immediately with the account and are handled separately from data used for routine service.

Policy Updates and Questions

Revisions to this policy will be published on this page, and the month of the last update will be changed at the top. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, we will follow the applicable requirements.

If you have questions about data use or deletion requests, contact us through a user panel support ticket. Subscription rules are available in the Terms of Service, and refund details are in the Refund Policy. Confirm which account you are using before submitting a request, and avoid posting account details in public channels.
